The Raymond A. Wood Foundation recognizes that grief is a part of this journey and offers one-to-one grief support in a supportive, virtual space for our brain tumor community members to process their unique grief experience.
Led by Grief Support Specialist Holly Gainsboro, Raymond A. Wood Foundation’s Grief Support Sessions are a safe and supportive space for those impacted by hypothalamic pituitary brain tumors to share their experiences with grief with the guidance of a grief support professional.
The Grief Support Sessions welcome anyone who has been impacted by a hypothalamic pituitary brain tumor (i.e. caregiver, survivor, spouse, sibling, child) and offers participants a space to be heard while also providing tools and resources to support individuals through their grieving process.
The one to one sessions can be booked here, you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to connect to the session. If you do not see a session time and need support, please email us.
This support is free, but registration is required to attend. Registration closes at 7pm ET the night before the session. If you have booked a slot and can no longer attend, kindly cancel your registration to free it up for someone else who needs grief support.
If you have questions, please email outreach@rawoodfoundation.org.
