Wood Foundation, les tumeurs c\u00e9r\u00e9brales diagnostiqu\u00e9es dans l'axe hypothalamo-hypophysaire du cerveau permettent de survivre dans une large mesure, mais elles laissent le plus souvent le patient avec des pathologies secondaires \u00e0 vie qui sont rares et difficiles \u00e0 g\u00e9rer.  La mission de la fondation est de soutenir les survivants de ces tumeurs c\u00e9r\u00e9brales et leurs soignants en leur donnant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation, aux dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux ou aux th\u00e9rapies qui peuvent aider \u00e0 traiter les maladies chroniques r\u00e9sultant du traitement de la tumeur c\u00e9r\u00e9brale. La fondation se met \u00e9galement en relation avec les m\u00e9decins traitants afin de trouver de meilleurs moyens de soutenir ces survivants.
