L'\u00e9tude vise \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer si le comprim\u00e9 exp\u00e9rimental est s\u00fbr et efficace pour r\u00e9duire l'indice de masse corporelle (IMC) et la faim excessive chez les personnes souffrant d'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 hypothalamique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous, ou votre enfant, pouvez participer si vous\/ils<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sont \u00e2g\u00e9s de 12 ans ou plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ont un IMC qui est :<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 kg\/m2 ou plus (si vous avez 18 ans ou plus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dans le 95e percentile ou plus (pour les enfants \u00e2g\u00e9s de 12 \u00e0 17 ans)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un m\u00e9decin vous a dit que vous aviez une tumeur, une l\u00e9sion ou une blessure affectant la r\u00e9gion hypothalamique du cerveau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des crit\u00e8res suppl\u00e9mentaires de participation s'appliquent.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participants auront jusqu'\u00e0 12 visites au centre d'\u00e9tude et 1 appel t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique au cours de l'\u00e9tude. La premi\u00e8re partie de l'\u00e9tude durera 14 semaines. Les personnes qui souhaitent poursuivre l'\u00e9tude pourront participer \u00e0 une \u00e9tude de prolongation de 38 semaines suppl\u00e9mentaires.
