Esto puede causar niveles altos o bajos de sodio en la sangre que pueden ser fatales si no se manejan adecuadamente, pero el manejo de esta condici\u00f3n es complicado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">\"El mayor reto de este viaje ha sido lo desconocido\", dice la madre, Megan. \"La enfermedad de Bostyn pone en peligro su vida si no se vigila y atiende adecuadamente. He tenido que ausentarme del trabajo docenas de veces, a veces durante un mes\".<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">A Bostyn la describen como una ni\u00f1a valiente de seis a\u00f1os que ha asumido los retos de su enfermedad con gracia.
