En su carrera ha desempe\u00f1ado funciones operativas y financieras de creciente responsabilidad, que culminaron con su ascenso a Vicepresidenta Ejecutiva de Producci\u00f3n del mayor productor de gas natural de Estados Unidos. Hab\u00eda perdido la visi\u00f3n perif\u00e9rica y sufr\u00eda dolores de cabeza cr\u00f3nicos.  El camino hasta el diagn\u00f3stico fue largo y no se identific\u00f3 hasta que su visi\u00f3n se vio afectada.  Tras una exitosa operaci\u00f3n transesfenoidal, Erin recuper\u00f3 la visi\u00f3n. Erin se siente muy afortunada de que su situaci\u00f3n se resolviera con la cirug\u00eda, y se sinti\u00f3 atra\u00edda por la Fundaci\u00f3n Raymond A. Wood por el deseo de ayudar a otras personas con tumores relacionados con la hip\u00f3fisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erin es natural de Pensilvania y actualmente vive en Pittsburgh con su familia.  Le gusta viajar, hacer senderismo, esquiar y pasar tiempo con su familia y sus perros. Erin feels very fortunate that her situation resolved with surgery, and was drawn to the Raymond A. Wood Foundation by a desire to help others with pituitary related tumors. Erin is a Pennyslvania native and currently lives in Pittsburgh with her family. She enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing and spending time with her family and her dogs. She currently serves on the Patient and Family Advocacy Council for Allegheny General Hospital where she had her surgery.
